Durante il seminario verranno affrontate tematiche relative all’utilizzo di sostanze di origine alimentare a sostegno del mantenimento della salute dell’organismo, con particolare attenzione ai prodotti nutraceutici, alla loro chimica e alla tecniche volte alla loro caratterizzazione.
